Karynn Wright-Hough is an Emmy Award-winning talent agent, entrepreneur, and creative visionary. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she is the Founder and Owner of FreshTalent Group, a boutique agency representing dancers, choreographers, actors, singers, and specialty talent under one dynamic brand.
A graduate of Buffalo State College with a degree in Journalism and an extensive background in marketing, graphic design, and publishing, Karynn strategically merged her business expertise with talent management to launch FreshTalent Group in 2016. What began as a bold vision — inspired in large part by watching her daughter Solace pursue her own professional career in entertainment — has grown into a respected agency known for its hands-on approach, integrity, and long-term career development. Wanting to create a trustworthy, informed, and family-centered pathway for young artists navigating the industry became a driving force behind the agency's founding.
As an agent, Karynn works tirelessly behind the scenes in the entertainment industry — managing projects, negotiating contracts, cultivating relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities for her clients. She believes her chief responsibility is to guide her talent's career paths holistically — from development and booking to networking, branding, tax preparation, and often simply being a trusted confidant.
